I have recently defended my doctoral thesis at IIT Kanpur. My thesis title is, “Critical Role of Water to Maintain Protein Stability and Activity in Hydrated Deep Eutectic Solvents and Beyond." Currently I am continuing my work as a research associate with Dr. Pratik Sen, IIT Kanpur and also actively searching for postdoctoral research opportunity in USA and Europe. My primary skillset is in advance fluorescence spectroscopy which includes single molecular fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS), femtosecond up-conversion, TCSPC, transient absorption etc. I also have an introductory experience in bacterial recombinant protein expression and purification.
