Timo Ehmke is professor for educational research at the faculty of education at Leuphana University of Lüneburg, Germany. His research interests are in the fields of teacher education, culturally responsive teaching, social background, and large-scale assessments. Timo Ehmke is author and co-author of more than 100 research contributions, among these are 50 articles in national and international journals and more than 40 book chapters. He is editor and co-editor of several books. He is senior editor of the international research journal Cogent Education (Taylor & Francis).
