Teodora Tica is currently a PhD candidate and teaching assistant at Faculty of Economics in Subotica, University of Novi Sad, Serbia, in field of Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Auditing. Her field of scientific interest is accounting, auditing, tax area of corporate finance, and theories of capital structure. She is an author of many research papers in her area of interest. She has over three years of experience in tax advisory, audits, restructurings, and due diligence projects for various local and international companies operating in numerous industries. She is a student of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
