Dr. Victor Guerra is a Senior Scientist at the Pi Lighting Sarl, Switzerland. He completed his PhD studies in Cybernetics and Telecommunication at the Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in 2016. He recently led the development of digital twins in project AI-TWILIGHT and the exploration of OCC for intra-satellite networking in project OCC4SAT. He has published more than 90 contributions in high-impact journals and top-tier conferences. His teaching disciplines include optical communication and artificial intelligence, and his interests include optical camera communication, optical wireless communication, AI for communication, and digital twins.
