Mrs. Violeta Firescu aims to support harmony in human groups by developing people who have a positive impact on organizations and society. She studied “Engineering and Management of the Production Systems” at Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (Romania) and graduated the PhD in Industrial Engineering with thesis "Integrated Work Design. Ergonomics and Communication in the Management of Production Systems". She has worked in research and Erasmus+ projects as Project manager (ProCESS an ValoRes), Quality Assurance leader (HEIBus) and member (NextGEng, KyrMedu and RePCI).
