Vicky Pavlou, PhD, RD, CDCES, is a clinical researcher and registered dietitian with a PhD in Nutrition from the University of Illinois Chicago. Her research focuses on obesity, type 2 diabetes, and time-restricted eating. She currently serves as a Sr Research Specialist at the University of Illinois Chicago and is the recipient of the Ethan Sims Young Investigator Award from The Obesity Society and is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist.
