Weijun Tian is a Professor at the College of Biological and
Agricultural Engineering, Jilin University, China. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging
Engineering in 2006 and his Ph.D. in Bionic Science and Engineering in 2011, both from Jilin
University, and completed his joint Ph.D.
training in Mechanical Engineering at Simon Fraser University, Canada. He is
also a member of the Coexisting-Cooperative-Cognitive Robots Specialized
Committee, Chinese Association of Automation, and the director of the Jilin
Field Statistics Research Society. His main research areas are focused on Sports
Biomechanics and Bionics, and Bionic Design of Mechanical Mechanisms.
