Dr. ZHOU obtained his Ph.D. degree in 2005, and then received the postdoctoral fellowship funded by INRIA in France. He has worked in Luxembourg Institute of Science & Technology (2010) and North Carolina State University, US (2012-2013) as the visiting scholar. As the principal investigator, he is taking/has taken charge of three projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China, four projects supported by Ministry of Science & Technology, and more than sixty projects from industry. He has published over 90 papers, including more than 52 journal papers, which were published in MSSP, SHM, SMS, SCHM, NDT&E, Ultrasonics etc. He applied for a dozen of patents successfully and was awarded six provincial and ministerial prizes.
