I received my undergrad education at Hefei University of Technology, China, majoring in Optoelectronics. My PhD research focuses on imaging flow cytometry/cell sorter, supervised by Prof. Yu-Hwa Lo at University of California San Diego. After graduation, I decided to jump to the field of neuroscience due to my interest in appetite control. My current research focuses on behavior neuroscience, using mice as animal model. Our methods integrates two photon imaging, bioinformatics analysis, optogenetics, etc. I have also been involved in projects like spatial biology and bioassays.
