Gaobo Xu is a professor at the Institute of Microelectronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He received his Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Microelectronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2009. His interests include high k gate dielectric and metal gate technology .
