About Me
Yang Hu received a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Ocean University of China in 2015 and obtained a Master's and Doctor of Engineering Degrees in the group of Prof. Yan Sun from the School of Chemical Engineering and Technology, Tianjin University in 2021. He is currently an associate professor at the College of Food Science and Engineering, Ocean University of China. His research interests include the design of immobilized food enzymes and the separation of functional food factors.
