My research program investigates molecular pathogenesis and progression mechanisms in urologic malignancies, focusing on oncogenic signaling dysregulation, epigenetic modifications, and tumor microenvironment evolution driving therapy resistance. Utilizing integrated multi-omics platforms and functional models, we dissect critical pathways in tumor initiation, metastatic dissemination, and immune escape. A key translational pillar involves developing CAR-T cell therapies against urologic solid tumors, addressing fundamental challenges including: Engineering strategies to overcome immunosuppressive microenvironments Enhancing tumor-specific targeting and T-cell persistence Synergistic combinations with immunomodulatory agents Parallel biomarker discovery efforts leverage liquid biopsy technologies for treatment response prediction. This integrated mechanistic-to-therapeutic approach aims to advance precision immunotherapy for advanced urogenital cancers.
