My research interests are mainly focused on high-performance optoelectronic devices and new materials growth. I also have rich experience in characterization techniques (optical, electrical and TEM). I specialize in using chemical methods to synthesize or grow novel super-functional or super-structural materials. I have finished several research projects, including growing ultra-thin single-crystal perovskite film and fabricating high-performance photodetectors, published in Advanced Materials (2018), has been cited 109 times; The controlled synthesis of nanodumbbell torsion balance and nanomechanical rotor, published in Physical review letters (2018), has been cited 105 times. I am also doing research in growth and physics of QDs and perovskite material heterostructure (unpublished).
