Zhongjun Ni currently works as a Research Scientist in Industrial Communication Networks at ABB Corporate Research. He received the B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees from Zhejiang University, China, in 2014 and 2017, respectively, as well as the Licentiate of Engineering and the Ph.D. degrees from Linköping University, Sweden, in 2023 and 2025, respectively. From 2017 and 2020, he was a Software Engineer in the industry, such as Microsoft. His research interests include time series analysis, digital twins, industrial communication networks, and the Internet of Things solutions based on edge-cloud computing.
