Dr. Zahoor Ali Khan is an Associate Professor in Computer Information Science at the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), UAE, and served as Academic Program Chair from 2017 to 2025. He holds a PhD and Master of Computer Science from Dalhousie University, Canada, and is a Senior Member of IEEE and IAENG, as well as a Fellow of Advance HE (FHEA), UK. With extensive academic, research, and leadership experience across the UAE, Canada, and Saudi Arabia, his expertise spans artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, wireless sensor networks, data analytics, and technology-enhanced learning. Dr. Khan has established an internationally recognized research profile and has been consistently included among Stanford University and Elsevier's Top 2% Most-Cited Scientists worldwide in both the Single-Year Impact and Career-Long Impact rankings. He has also been recognized by ScholarGPS among the top 0.05% of scholars globally based on research productivity, impact, and scholarly quality.
