Prof. Antonio Zuorro is a Professor and Researcher at the Department of Chemical Engineering, Materials, Environment of Sapienza at the University of Rome, in the scientific disciplinary sector ING-IND/24 (Principles of Chemical Engineering), in which he obtained the National Scientific Qualification in 2014. He graduated in Chemical Engineering (specialization in Biochemical Engineering) at the University of Rome "La Sapienza", he subsequently obtained, with an "excellent" evaluation, the PhD in Chemical Engineering for the Environment and Safety. His research activity has developed in different sectors, including catalysis, chemical thermodynamics, enzymatic kinetics, protein engineering, and transport phenomena in microencapsulated systems.
