Zhenxuan Li received the Ph.D. degree from the China University of Mining and Technology, Xuzhou, China, in 2018. He is currently a Lecturer with the College of Civil Engineering, Hefei University of Technology, Hefei, China. His research interests include remote sensing image processing, information extraction, and change detection.
