Hello, I am very interested in this topic, I am doing in my research on this topic but the problem of course is finiding a suitable dataset, where I can find a suitable one or even simulated dataset, thank you very much for you time and considerations

Good Afternoon,

but I have a question that made me little confused or maybe I do not imagine how it works

I do not understand
Is it ECG that authenticates IoT ?
or
Is it IoT ECG based Device that authenticates telehealth services

I mean ,, Can ECG authenticate IoT or Iot is just used to collect ECG signal then we use it in another step for authentication ?

or we can do both ?

thank you very much for time and considerations

Hello,

At first you may narrow dawn the authentication method to the area you are interested in. For example, if you want to use ECG signals for authentication, we introduced the source of used dataset in this paper: https://www.mdpi.com/2075-4418/13/3/439#:~:text=This%20technique%20can%20provide%20a,of%20precision%20in%20identifying%20individuals.

In other cases you may use available datasets or adapt a dataset to your situation. For example, HAR is a dataset according to Human Activity Recognition using mobile sensors, but you can extend its application to human authentication.

Regards,

Mehdi.
