Project Goal: 1. Study the soil biodiversity in the Egyptian agro-ecosystems. 2. Mapping the abundance and distribution of micro-, meso-, and macro-invertebrate species on several locations. 3. Distinguish the molecular analysis of the associated microbiota of soil animals. 4. Figuring out the possible food web interactions. 5. Collaborating with the global soil biodiversity network (GeoBON). 6. Investigate the environmental, pollution and climatic impacts on soil organisms.
