Prof. Dr. Ibrahim M M Sayed is a research assistant professor in the Zuckerberg College of Health Sciences at the Saab Emerging Technologies and Innovation Center. He received his BS from the University of Assiut, Assiut, Egypt, in 2007, his MS from the University of Assiut in 2011, and his PhD from the University of Ghent, Ghent, Belgium, in 2017. Then, he received a postdoc from the University of California San Diego, La Jolla, USA, in 2022. His research expertise mainly includes Stem Cells, 2D Organoids, Host–Pathogen Interaction, Viral Hepatitis, and HEV.
