Wan-Chun Chiu is an Associate Professor at the School of Nutrition and Health Sciences at Taipei Medical University. She earned her B.S. in Nutrition and Health Sciences from Taipei Medical University in 1994, followed by an M.S. and a Ph.D. from the School of Pharmacy at the same institution in 1996 and 2008, respectively. Since 1996, she has been a faculty member at the School of Nutrition and Health Sciences. Her research focuses on clinical nutrition, particularly in areas such as diabetes, hyperlipidemia, obesity, sepsis, sarcopenia, and osteoporosis.
