Suh-Ching Yang is a Professor at the School of Nutrition and Health Sciences, Taipei Medical University, Taipei, Taiwan. She obtained her Ph.D. from the Division of Agriculture, at Tohoku University, Japan in 1995. From 1999 to 2006, she was an Associate Professor at the School of Nutrition and Health Sciences, at Taipei Medical University. She has been a Professor since 2006. In 2021, she became the Director of the School of Nutrition and Health Sciences at Taipei Medical University. Currently, she is the Principal Investigator at the Taipei Medical University. Her research interests include alcoholic liver diseases and the evaluation of healthy food.
