Global environmental concerns have prompted organizations to adopt green human resource management practices that will eventually lead to green innovations. Given that understanding, this study aims to converge multidimensional research published on green human resource management (GHRM) and green innovation. In addition, it seeks to discuss the topic’s research trends in the context of what, how, when, where, and by whom. The data were retrieved from the Scopus database (until March 2023), and VOSviewer was used to investigate the research trends. A total of 312 documents were extracted from the Scopus database, and 46 published articles were finalized using the PRISMA flow approach. The results indicate that there has been an upward trend in terms of published articles on the topic, and the highest number of articles (15) were published in the current year, 2023. The co-occurrence results indicate that GHRM is strongly associated with environmental performance and green innovation. The journals Environmental Science and Pollution Research and Sustainability (Switzerland) stand out in this domain. The Abu Dhabi University of United Arab Emirates is the most cited institution, whereas Saudi Arabia has the highest co-authorship at the country level. Furthermore, this study summarizes the major developments in this research domain and suggests research gaps and possible future directions.

Purpose: In the modern era, brand authenticity is one of the most powerful positioning strategies for sustainable business growth. This study investigated the impacts of perceived brand authenticity dimensions (i.e., quality commitment, heritage, sincerity) on brand love to predict Generation Y's behavior from the Asian context.Design/methodology/approach: This is new empirical research that tested the proposed hypotheses through PLS-SEM, as PLS is the most robust technique for predicting consumer behavior. Importantly, consumers (of Generation Y) from five Asian countries contributed to this study, and data collected from 427 Asian millennials on global brands.Findings: The results analysis revealed that perceived brand authenticity dimensions significantly impacted brand love, which positively affected Asian millennials' behavioral outcomes (i.e., continuous purchase intention and price premium).Research limitations/implications: This study investigated dimensions of perceived brand authenticity to predict Asian millennials' behavioral outcomes in a broader perspective. Future researchers may investigate a specific culture with a larger sample size to predict millennials behavior.Practical implications: This study has several implications that guide the global managers of several service and manufacturing industries to develop various positioning and relationship strategies for global brands to target Asian markets effectively.Originality/value: Using attribution theory, this is the first novel research study that empirically discussed the dimensions of perceived brand authenticity, brand love, and Asian millennials' behavior toward global brands.

The purpose of this study is to explore the dimensions of Freelancer Value Proposition (FVP) and Freelancer Job Stress (FJS). This study provides insights about the factors which create value for freelancers and also sheds light on the factors which cause stress to freelancers while freelancing with the help of an online platform. Semi-structured interviews were conducted for data collection from freelancers. The grounded theory approach was used and data analysis follows the process of open coding, axial coding and themes formulation. Findings indicate that work-life balance value, developmental value, economic value, autonomy value, hedonistic value and social value are dimensions of FVP. Lack of role clarity, payment issues, time management issue, work availability issue, lack of perks and benefits and work rejections are dimensions of FJS. This study is the first effort to find out the dimensions of FVP and FJS, which will help to construct long-term relationship between freelancers and platform.

BACKGROUND: The macro-level corporate social responsibility (CSR) has been researched widely in recent years, however, micro-level CSR has recently gained attention. Employees are more influenced by employee related internal CSR initiatives than the external CSR activities. Internal CSR ensures favorable behavior of employees towards their employer which leads towards better organizational performance. OBJECTIVE: This study investigates the impact of internal corporate social responsibility (CSR) on public sector employees’ engagement through Organizational Pride (OP). Further, the study considers moderating role of empathy between internal CSR and employee engagement (EE) METHODS: Quantitative research design was developed and theoretical framework was investigated through a survey of 430 employees of public sector in Pakistan. SmartPLS was used and partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used for hypothesis testing RESULTS: The results showed that the internal CSR directly influences EE. Secondly, the mediation of OP between internal CSR and EE is also supported. However, the results do not significantly support moderation of empathy between internal CSR and EE. CONCLUSIONS: Public sector organizations should actively contribute in employees well- being through internal CSR activities especially on skills development, work-life balance and employment stability. Public sector organizations lack in emotional and cognitive attachment with employees, and should pay attention to pride over organization through employee focused CSR activities

BACKGROUND: e-lancing rapid growth poses new challenges in talent management. Gig workers have become an alternate workforce to the organization, which offer technical skills, flexible working hours and cost-effective solutions. This study extends the conceptualization of employee value proposition in the context of freelancers. OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of freelancer value preposition and platform trust in shaping platform usage intentions. The reflective-formative model is designed to comprehend the freelancer value proposition. METHODS: Online survey method was used and data was collected from 454 freelancers with the help of an adapted questionnaire. PLS-SEM is applied to test the hypothesis. RESULTS: The results exhibit that the Developmental Value (DV), Economic Value (EV) and Social Value (SV) contribute positively in the Freelancer Value Proposition. Furthermore, it shows that attitude towards the use of platform partially mediate platform usage intentions; Moreover, Platform trust has a positive impact on platform usage intentions. CONCLUSIONS: Based on the freelancer value proposition, the study emphasizes on the need to develop relationship with gig-workers in order to fulfil the rising demand of sustainable workforce and to remain competitive in the dynamic business environment.
