Jacek Sroka, DVM 1995, PhD 2005, Associate Professor in Department of Parasitology and Invasive Diseases, National Veterinary Research Institute in Pulawy, Poland. He has 95 publications and an h-index of 20 (Web of Science Core Collection). He conducts research on zoonotic protozoans in animals, humans and environment (Toxoplasma gondii, Cryptosporidium spp, Giardia duodenalis, sero- and molecular epidemiology) with management of projects and financing by National Science Centre in Poland. He is a participant in projects including One Health EJP „TOXOSOURCES”, „PARADISE”, COST action FA1408 Euro-FBP and is a member of a parasitology societies including having served as head of National Reference Laboratory for Toxoplasmosis in Poland.
