Prof. Dr. Jun Xiao currently works as a Professor at the School of Artificial Intelligence, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, No. 19 Yuquan Road, Shijingshan District, Beijing, China. He was an Associate Professor from 2010 to 2016, and a Lecturer in 2010 at this University. He earned a Ph.D. in 2007, a Postdoctoral Fellowhip at the Graduate University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (GUCAS) from 2008 to 2010, and a Bachelor’s degree at the Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2003. His research areas focus on the following: Computer vision, graphics and image processing, artificial intelligence technology and application. His research interests include: Point Cloud, 3D Reconstruction, Registration, Remote Sensing, Computer Vision, and Artificial Intelligence.
