Graduated from Hanyang University in 2002 with a degree in Urban Engineering. He received a Ph.D. from Kyung Hee University. He has been a Professor in the Department of Disaster Safety and Firefighting at Konyang University since 2017 and is very interested in BIM in the field of electricity and safety.
