Ngoc-Ai-Thy Nguyen received an MEng degree in logistics and supply chain systems engineering from the Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), Thammasat University, Thailand, in 2020. She is currently pursuing a PhD degree in industrial engineering and management at the National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology (NKUST), Taiwan. She has published more than 10 journal articles. Her research interests include operational research, supply chain management, data envelopment analysis, and procurement.
