N. Ramakrishnan obtained his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Madras University, Tamil Nadu, India in 2002, Master of Technology in Sensor System in 2004 from VIT University, Tamil Nadu, India and PhD in Nanotechnology from Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, Assam, India in 2011. He is currently an Associate Professor at department of Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering, School of Engineering, Monash University Malaysia. He is the founder of Micro and Nano Devices research group in Monash Malaysia. His research interests include micro sensors, acoustic wave sensors, nanostructured sensing medium, UV-LED photolithography, and wearable technology. Dr. N. Ramakrishnan has authored several peer-reviewed journals, filed multiple patents, and secured various government and industry grants.
