Wenge Yang, Doctor of Engineering, is the Deputy Director of Zhejiang Key Laboratory of Animal Protein Food Processing Technology, Ningbo Key Laboratory of Health Food and Marine Medicine, and the Director of Institute of Aquatic Products Processing and Storage Engineering, Food and Pharmaceutical University. She has presided over national key R&D projects/subprojects, general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, funds for the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements of the Ministry of Science and Technology, subtasks of scientific research projects in marine public welfare industries, the Ministry of Science and Technology Spark Plan, the Provincial Natural Science Fund, and major scientific and technological research projects in provinces/municipalities, and has completed a number of national "863" projects, major projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and "948" projects of the Ministry of Agriculture as the main head. Taking marine biological resources as the research object, this paper focuses on aquatic food chemistry, preservation and deep processing technology of aquatic products, quality and safety control of aquatic products, nutrition and health of aquatic products, marine biological efficacy factors and functional food development. She has published over 200 papers in journals above the core level, has had more than 10 patents authorized, and has compiled 1 textbook of "food chemistry".
