T. Quan Nguyen (Quan Nguyen) is an Associate Professor at Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE), Vietnam, where he serves as Director of the Institute of Investment and Construction Management and Head of the Project Management and Law Group. He received his PhD in Construction Management from the University of Leeds, UK, in 2009, and holds MSc and BSc degrees in Construction Economics from HUCE. With nearly 30 years of academic and professional experience, his research focuses on construction project management, Building Information Modeling (BIM), digital transformation, sustainable construction, and construction economics. He has led and co-led international research projects on BIM adoption, immersive learning using virtual reality, digital construction skills, and circular construction materials. His research has appeared in *Buildings, Building and Environment, Journal of Environmental Management*, and other international journals. He serves on the editorial boards of international journals and is a member of Technical Committee 30 of the Asian Civil Engineering Coordinating Council (ACECC) and the Vietnam Association of Construction Economics.
