Dr. Seung-Yoon Rhee is a professor of organizational behavior at Hongik University in Seoul, Korea. Her educational background includes earning Bachelor's and Master's degrees with honors in Business Administration from Seoul National University, followed by a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
