Biography
Victor Ralchenko received a Ph.D. in Quantum Electronics from the General Physics Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow, in 1989, where he is currently the Head of the Diamond Materials Laboratory. His research activity is mainly focused on CVD diamond growth and characterization, and diamond applications for sensors, electronics and photonics.
