Ciro Scognamillo received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. (summa cum laude) degrees in Electronics Engineering from the University of Naples 'Federico II', Italy, in 2017 and 2019, respectively. He is currently a Ph.D. student with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology of the same University. His research interests cover thermal and electrical modeling of state-of-the-art devices and power modules. He authored or coauthored 9 papers in peer-reviewed international journals, conference proceedings, and book series.
