Isaias L.R. Gomes received the Renewable Energy Engineering degree from the Universidade de Évora, Évora, Portugal in 2014. He received the M.Sc. degree from from the Universidade de Évora, Évora Portugal in 2016. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree at the Universidade of Évora, Évora, Portugal. His research interests include optimal planning and management of energy systems, power systems economics, electricity markets, modeling of sustainable energy systems, and stochastic programming.
