Chrysi Laspidou is the Vice Rector of Innovation, Internationalization, Collaborations and Digital Governance and the Head of the Innovation, Technology Transfer and Entrepreneurship Center One Planet Thessaly at the University of Thessaly. She is Professor at the Civil Engineering Department and served as the Vice-President of Collaboration at Water Europe for four years. With a BSc and MSc degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a PhD from Northwestern University in Engineering she is the Chair of the COST Action NEXUSNET and the coordinator of several European projects, such as ARSINOE, ENFORCE and others. She has published over 70 articles in scientific journals and conference proceedings and is actively involved in research on resilience, climate crisis, innovation, sustainability and is focusing on transformative change.
