Orken Mamyrbayev is a Full Professor and Deputy General Director for Science at the Institute of Information and Computational Technologies (CS MES RK), Almaty, Kazakhstan. He also holds an affiliation with Kazakh National Research Technical University, Almaty, Kazakhstan. With a PhD in Information Systems (2014) from Kazakh National Technical University, his expertise lies in speech recognition, natural language processing, intelligent systems, and text analytics for security applications. He has authored over 100 publications, including works on end-to-end Kazakh speech models and crime event detection via NLP, and edited volumes on mechatronic systems and computational technologies.  Email: morkenj@mail.ru.
