Teresa Albero-Albero is an Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Systems and Computation (DISCA) of the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), Spain, and an affiliated researcher at the Instituto Tecnológico de Informática (ITI). She holds an M.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering and received her Ph.D. in Telecommunications from UPV in 2010. Since 2002, her multidisciplinary research trajectory has focused on pattern recognition, Applied AI, and Industrial IoT. She actively participates in competitive applied research and technology transfer, frequently collaborating with specialized centers such as AITEX. Her current interests center on artificial vision and AIoT technologies applied to industrial quality inspection.
