Dr. José de Jesús Guerrero García is the Head of the Laboratory of the Central Blood Bank of the Western National Medical Center (CMNO) of the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS). He is a chemist with a master's degree and a doctorate (2018) in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Guadalajara, Mexico. He has worked at the IMSS since 2006 in the CMNO clinical pathology laboratories. He participates in research and teaching activities at IMSS medical residencies as Associate Researcher in areas related to immunology, immunohematology and neuroimmunology. He is a member of the Research Committee of the Speciality Hospital of CMNO. He is also a member of the National System of Researchers of Mexico.
