This paper investigates the effects of digital production and information technologies on the development of logistic systems of different kinds: megalogistic, macrologistic, and micrologistic. The notions of a logistic system and types of logistic systems imply that logistics is considered in its broad sense as a modern methodology for managing all types of flows that appear in the process of socioeconomic activities of society and business: material, information, energy, financial and labor flows. The methodology discussed in this paper gives the answer to the question of what impact digital production and information technologies have on the development of various types of logistic systems. The methodology includes building a mathematical model in which the endogenous variables of the model reflect the resulting variables of the logistic system, while the exogenous variables reflect digital production and information technologies. The mathematical model is a system of interdependent dynamic econometric equations. Each equation is an autoregressive distributed lags model. In the model, the current values of an endogenous variable depend on their previous values, as well as on the current and previous values of other endogenous and exogenous variables. The novelty of the research is in the developed methodology for a comprehensive assessment of the impact made by digitalization on a totality of the interrelated and interdependent resulting indicators of the logistic system. A comprehensive assessment of the impact made by digitalization on a totality of interrelated and interdependent indicators of the logistic system is understood as a change in the indicators of the logistic system due to the effect of digitalization. The proposed methodology for a comprehensive assessment was empirically tested for Salesforce company.
The issues surrounding the employment of technology targeted at enhancing environmental safety to increase the productivity of the reproduction process of the natural gas and oil resource base are equally important. The paper discusses the use of green seismic survey technology to determine the oil and gas potential of the subsoil. A methodological toolkit is proposed for carrying out technical and economic calculations to determine indicators of the environmental and economic efficiency of using innovative resource-saving technology for geological surveys in areas densely planted with forests. The purpose of the work is to establish the viability of employing resource-saving technology known as green seismic technology to search for promising hydrocarbon resources in forested areas and determine the expected environmental and economic benefits of geological exploration using the suggested enhanced methodology for their evaluation. The tasks set to achieve the goal were solved using methods of geological and economic assessment of the hydrocarbon raw material potential of territories and water areas; environmental assessments of the negative influence of anthropogenic environmental impacts on the natural environment; and economic and statistical methods of performing technical and economic calculations to determine performance indicators for the implementation of innovative projects in the field of geological exploration. The novelty of the results obtained lies in the proposed improved algorithm for conducting an environmental and economic assessment of geological exploration for hydrocarbon raw materials; a conceptual description of the green seismic technology; systematization of technical, economic, and environmental risks; and justification of new regional directions for geological exploration using resource-saving seismic exploration technology.

The problems of modern management concepts from the point of view of applying approaches of the theory of automatic control to account for the constantly changing external environment, its complexity and multifactoriality are investigated. The theory of automated control is considered in relation to technical and economic systems. The traditional algorithms and approaches of the theory of automatic control, which are used to ensure the stability of technical systems, are analyzed. The peculiarities of the application of this theory to economic systems are revealed. The feedback mechanism with the blocks for changing indicators and the process itself, as well as the various boundaries of its operation, is described. Two main approaches to the formation of a dynamic process model are analyzed: based on the calculation of the balance of the reference parameters and on the basis of an experiment to establish the key parameters of the controlled process. A technical approach to control is considered using the example of a nonlinear process. Graphically, process changes in technical and economic systems are compared over an equal period of time. The cases of feedback management of a technical system based on an assessment of the possibility of returning the system to its stable state are considered. The limitations are revealed, as a result of which the application of the theory of automatic control cannot be adapted to the tasks of management. The structural scheme of cascade feedback used in economic systems is considered in detail. The conclusion is made about the possibility of adapting the theory of automatic control to the management tasks of modern Russian organizations. The directions of further research in the field of adaptation of the theory of automatic control to the management of economic systems in general and organizations in particular are identified.
