Isabel Maria Pinheiro Borges Moreira is a specialist nurse in Medical-Surgical Nursing, Master's Degree in Nursing. Obtained her Ph.D. in Nursing in 2013 from the Institute of Health Sciences of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Member from the Ordem dos Enfermeiros Portugueses is a Coordinating Professor at the Nursing School of Coimbra and researcher at the Health Sciences Research Unit: Nursing. Involved in several projects as a researcher, teacher, or coordinator of these projects is also responsible for master's and specialization degrees' coordination on ethics, palliative care, and oncology. Also integrates the project (O)usar & Ser Laço Branco (White Ribbon Campaign) with a focus on research, training, and intervention through an interventional process based on a specific methodology and peer education.
