Dejana Pavlović holds a Doctorate in Labor Economics from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Management. She also holds both Bachelor and Master degrees in management from the same institution. From January 2013 to June 2015, she worked at the Economics Institute in Belgrade as a Research Assistant. During her time there, she participated in several projects on labour market research analysis, gaining experience in project drafting and becoming an expert on the current state of labour in the Serbian market. Since June 2015, she has been working at the Institute of Economic Sciences, as a Research Associate. From March of 2019 to January of 2021, she served as a consultant to the Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction Unit of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, where her work was crucial to implementing changes to improve employment and social reform by forming better labour and employment policies. She has been involved in a plethora of projects bearing international and national importance. Moreover, she has attended numerous scientific conferences and has published several scientific research papers within the field of the youth labour market.
