PhD candidate, Teaching and Research Assistant at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture, University of Niš, Serbia. She has received scholarships from the National Fund for Young Talents (2014-2015) and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development (2016-2020). Ana has authored over 60 scientific papers with a Scopus citation of 104 and an h-index of 4, focusing on industrial architecture, built heritage revitalization and reuse, smart cities, and multi-criteria decision-making. She is finishing her doctoral dissertation, "Vision, context, and perception - The Architecture of Contemporary Wineries Between Conceptualization and Realization". Ana participated in the national research project "Revitalization of preschools in Serbia: program and methods improving ambient, functional, and energy quality TR-36045"(2016-2021) and, since August 2024, has been involved in the "Vernacular housing compounds along the borderline of Bulgaria and Serbia in the Western Balkan mountain - documenting endangered wooden buildings and related oral stories EWAP 3121SG" project of Oxford Brooks University. Ana was an Erasmus + KA 131 grant holder in 2023 for teaching mobility at Technological University in Brno, Czech. She has participated in many international architectural competitions, workshops and exhibitions. Since 2023 she is organizer of international summer schools of architecture as cross-border and bilateral cooperation with UACEG Sofia, Bulgaria.
