Rajni Verma is currently working as McKenzie Postdoctoral Fellow in School of Physics at The University of Melbourne, Australia. She obtained her PhD from CSIR-National Physical Laboratory, India in the year 2018.
After that, she worked as postdoctoral fellow at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IITD) for few months before joining The University of Melbourne in June, 2019. Her research activities include utilization of nanomaterials, nanocomposites and biomaterials for optical and biological applications. Recently, She is working on non-invasive optical tracking of fluorescent nanomaterials inside cells (in-vitro and in-vivo) without using chemical tagging. She is working in collaboration with RMIT University and other universities worldwide. She is also serving as reviewers for esteemed Frontiers in Chemistry, Royal Society of Chemistry and MDPI journals. She is the Guest editor of special issue of Biomedicine Journal.
