I am a Graduate Research Assistant at Florida Institute of Technology. My research focus is on biomass waste conversion by hydrothermal carbonization along with/without various pretreatment methods (deep eutectic solvent, co-hydrothermal carbonization) to optimize the biofuel properties and convert the final throughput into pelletized biorefinery feedstock. In addition, I also explore the pellet physical properties to optimize the mass and energy densification as well as stability and durability.
