Biography
He received a Ph.D. degree in Electronic Engineering from Kwangwoon University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2013. From 2014, he has participated in National NanoFab Center, Daejeon, South Korea, in research on MEMS components and physics package for Chip-Scale Atomic Clock. His current research interests are the packaging and development of various MEMS/NEMS devices and flexible electronics.
