Tudorache Minodora, since 2007 Associate Professor in Animal Husbandry, Packaging and Food Preservation Techniques, University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest, Faculty of Animal Productions Engineering and Management. Graduated the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest [Bachelor degree in Animal Sciences, 1993], with PhD degree in Animal Science [2002]. Member of the research teams in 17 research projects. Published over 150 scientific papers, more of them having as main research subject poultry breeding and behavior, meat quality. The researches were conducted in collaboration with important research institutes from Romania and Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Forestry.
