Xiping Yang received his Ph.D. degree in cartography and geographic information systems from Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 2017. He is currently an associate professor at the school of Geography and Tourism, Shaanxi Normal University, Xi’an, China. His research interests include human mobility patterns, spatio-temporal trajectory data mining, and urban spatial informatics.
