Dr Rong-San Jiang finished his MD from Taipei Medical College and his PhD from the Institute of Medicine of Chung Shan Medical University in Taiwan. Dr Jiang completed his fellowship at the Department of Otolaryngology, Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, USA. Dr Jiang has served as Visiting Staff, Divisional Director and Chairman of Department of Otolaryngology, Taichung Veterans General Hospital, Taichung, Taiwan. Now, Dr Jiang is Chairman of Department of Medical Research, Taichung Veterans General Hospital; Professor of Otolaryngology, Chung Shan Medical University; Director of Taiwan Otolaryngological Society; Executive Director of Taiwan Rhinology Society; Editor of the International Forum of Allergy & Rhinology; and Editor in Chief of the Journal of Taiwan Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
