Her main research interests are peanut oil processing characteristics and the characteristics of fingerprints, the establishment of a new quality, non-destructive, and fast peanut processing testing technology; new equipment for building processing suitability evaluation models and index systems and standard grades; creating processing quality evaluation methods for classifying peanut varieties according to processing; and the use of a related database for peanut processing quality and the realization of resources sharing.
