Simone Morosi received his Master's degree in Electronics Engineering and his Ph.D. in Information and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Florence in 1996 and 2000, respectively. Since 2020 he has been an Assistant Professor with the Engineering Information Department of the University of Florence, where he is currently teaching the course of "Signal Processing Systems."
His present research interests focus on green ICT and energy-efficient wireless communications, positioning techniques and future wireless communication systems. He has published more than 40 papers in international peer reviewed journals and more than 100 contributions to books and conference proceedings.
